February 14th is Valentine’s Day. It’s also the Friends of Temagami’s 23rd birthday.
We’ve been maintaining routes, promoting ecologically-responsible tourism and advocating for greater protections in the area since 1995.
Temagami will always be our Valentine. We love the trees, the lakes, the rivers, the wildlife, the solitude, the ankle-breaking portages, the historical cultural significance, the rainy springtime, the hot summer sun, the golden tamaracks in autumn and the deep snows of winter.
